Spent my Christmas break in a cozy hotel, enjoyed the local food which was delicious. The staff were welcoming and always willing to provide useful information. And being able to do some sightseeing walking was a huge plus!

The rooms were on a bit of the small side, and not very soundproofed. Could get a bit noisy with people walking around.

The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is also great, situated near happening places in Nuwara Eliya such as Victoria Park. The basic amenities provided, including 24x7 wifi facilities, ensured that I had everything I needed during my stay. The rooms were tastefully decorated with beautiful interiors, and I particularly liked the fact that the window opened into the adjoining buildings' water tanks, giving a unique view from the 4th floor. The breakfast spread was also very satisfying, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.

I found my stay at this hotel to be wonderful, with no major flaws to mention.

The hotel is located in a prime area near the racecourse and lake. the rooms are clean with cozy interiors and 24/7 wifi facilities. the breakfast is homely and the staff is friendly and obliging.

The room was super cold at night. There was no heating, only a dusty blanket that barely kept us warm.
